Imported allergy panels are built around European and North American allergens. The Gulf's dominant allergens — regional pollens, dust profiles, dietary patterns — are underrepresented or absent, so patients test negative and stay undiagnosed.

A panel designed from the regional allergen profile up, with an immunotherapy path attached rather than diagnostics alone.
